1Reporting a member

Email alaa.albayed2016@gmail.com with the subject “بلاغ عن عضو” (member report), and include:

• The member’s display name, country, city and age as shown on their profile.
• What happened and when: asking for money, abusive language, inappropriate photos, not serious about marriage, suspected minor, or anything else.
• A screenshot of the profile or conversation if possible.

Our team reviews every report and may hide content or the profile or suspend the account; we never tell the reported member who reported them. Child safety reports have the highest priority — see our Child Safety Standards.

2Safety tips

• Never send money or bank details to a member, whatever the story — asking for money gets an account suspended, so report it.
• Involve your guardian and family early, and make enquiries about the other person before any step.
• Do not share your number or address until you feel sure, and if you decide to meet, do so in a public place with family present.

3Account and sign-in

• You sign in to Mithaq with Google. If sign-in fails, update the app and check your connection, then email us if the problem continues.
• Your profile text appears after our team reviews it; if it is rejected, the app shows the reason so you can edit it.
• Photos appear immediately, and the team may hide any that break the rules.

4Subscriptions

• To cancel, open the Google Play app: profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mithaq → Cancel subscription. Your benefits remain until the end of the paid period.
• Paid but no benefits? Open the app and wait a moment, then email us the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA).
• Refunds follow the Google Play policy; you can request one from Google Play directly or email us.
