Why Mithaq

A place worthy of the intention to marry

Every detail of Mithaq is designed around one goal: helping you find your spouse in a way that honours your faith and your dignity.

  • Marriage only

No dating, no casual friendship. Everyone on Mithaq is here to marry, and our community rules protect that intention and remove those who break it.

  • Privacy and modesty for women

Photos are optional, and we strip location data from them automatically. Your email is never shown, phone numbers and links are not allowed in bios, and every bio is reviewed by our team before it is published.

  • Faith-based compatibility

A profile that asks about prayer, practice, hijab, Quran, family and children. Describe the spouse you hope for, and we rank suggestions by how well you fit each other — in both directions.

  • Real-time messages with read receipts

Instant conversations that show when your message was delivered and when it was read ✓✓, with a team that reviews every report of abuse.

Our promises

  • No ads
  • We never sell your data
  • No fake profiles made by us
  • Adults 18+ only

How it works

Three steps towards your covenant

  1. Create your profile

Sign in with Google, then answer questions about faith, marriage and family. Add photos if you wish — they are optional.

  2. Describe your spouse

Set the age, country and values that matter to you; we suggest the closest matches and rank them by compatibility.

  3. Talk with respect

Show interest with a like, see when it is mutual, then start with salam. The decision is yours and your families’.
